Do you ship outside Canada?

Currently, we ship orders within Canada only. International shipping is not available at this time.


How long does delivery take?

We offer standard tracked delivery. Most orders arrive within 3 to 8 business days after dispatch, depending on your province.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or peak shopping periods.


How can I place an order?

Browse our collections, add your preferred items to the cart, and proceed to our secure checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are securely processed through trusted Canadian payment gateways.


Is your website secure?

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. Payments are securely processed by Shopify and other certified payment providers.


I did not receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder. If you cannot locate the email, contact us at support@cloudslipper.ca and we will verify your order details.


Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.


What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@cloudslipper.ca. We will attempt to correct it if your order has not yet been shipped.


What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unworn items in their original packaging. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for complete details.
